Hezare (Millenium) Hotel

Pasargad Company, designer, builder, and executor of Hezare (Millenium) hotel (in unique hotels)

When planning a trip, the first thing that usually comes to mind is where we’ll stay. This concern highlights just how important accommodation is. Today, hotels and tourist lodgings often become the focus of our travel plans long before we set off. The rise of luxury hotels has eased this concern for many, allowing travelers to pack their bags with peace of mind. Yet, some individuals have a deep, unique affinity for traditional architecture and eagerly seek out hotels that reflect the culture and heritage of a region. This makes the investment and construction of traditional hotels, particularly in Iran, both popular and significant.

As you journey across Iran’s vast and beautiful landscape, you’ll discover traces of stunning artistry and architecture, each echoing the rich history and heritage of this ancient land. Preserving these architectural gems is akin to preserving the very essence of Iran’s rich civilization. One effective way to maintain this connection is by constructing accommodations and hotels that faithfully replicate these historic styles, creating an unbreakable bond between future generations and Iran’s glorious past.

Every city in Iran boasts its own unique architectural style, and the local hotels are crafted to reflect these regional designs. For instance, the traditional hotels in Isfahan feature the city’s distinctive architecture, while those in northern Iran incorporate the lush greenery and wooden elements characteristic of the region. Similarly, the hotels in Yazd, a city known for its qanats, draw inspiration from the city’s windcatchers and adobe structures. Even old houses, now transformed into “eco-lodges” for tourists, fall under the umbrella of traditional hotels. Essentially, a traditional hotel is one that moves away from modern styles, embracing the architecture of the past to evoke a deep sense of nostalgia.

These hotels are constructed entirely in the traditional style, with every detail steeped in history. The intricate patterns, flawless stucco work, serene water fountains, colorful windows, multiple adobe staircases, mirrorwork, and countless columns are defining features of these hotels, all of which speak to their authenticity and connection to an ancient civilization.

Iran, with its rich history, showcases its cultural heritage everywhere—from its bustling markets and captivating museums to its charming traditional hotels. Over 50 traditional hotels in Iran welcome guests from around the world, particularly those who see staying in such hotels as a way to connect with the culture and lifestyle of a nation steeped in history.

Pasargad Company has made a significant mark in this field, designing an extraordinary hotel that seamlessly blends traditional and modern architecture.
